Yoga @ Antwerp with Namitha

Group yoga session by Namitha Tantri at antwerp belgium.

About me

Welcome! I’m Namitha Tantri, a passionate, Yoga Alliance-certified Hatha Yoga instructor based in Belgium.

Originally from India, I now embrace life here in Belgium with my family. For me, yoga can be described in one word: Home. It is a place of comfort, balance, and intentional living, no matter where you are in the world.

My teaching journey grew out of a love for practicing in a group setting. Through my classes, my hope is to share the uplifting positive energy, peace, and mindfulness that yoga brings to my own daily life.

  • Certification: Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor
